Banned from Xbox360iso.com

So I was just banned from xbox360iso.com. Here's the reason that was given:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Ridiculous, isn't it? I am a noob, and I was just asking for help on how to dump my firmware off a Slim 360 drive and extract the DVD key so that I can use the x360key USB device. I expressed my frustration in a civil manner on how the tutorial given needed a lot more information about this particular step for noobs.

Quite frankly, whoever banned me should be thrown in jail, and I will do whatever is necessary to make that happen unless I get unbanned from that site. There's absolutely no reason for this at all, and from what I gathered, they just don't know how to help out a noob.

Worse comes to worst, I'll just use another computer with a different email address and screenname.

Yeah, we have nothing in common with them, nor do we care about the politics of another site.
