dual video output on Xbox 360 possible?

I want to hook up my Xbox to my laptop to capture footage. but my TV doesn't have a video out. so I was thinking could I hook up my Xbox with the HDMI to the TV, and simultaneously hook up the composite cables beneath the HDMI port and hook composite up to my laptop? that way I can play in 720p on my tv and 480i to record footage.

I have the component/composite set that came with the launch 360, i know i can use that and hook up the component cables to tv, and hook up the yellow one to my computer and play in 480p and record in 480i, but i'd rather play in HD.

so if anyone has solutions, thanks in advance

anyone know if this is possible? the composite cable has a lip on it that covers the HDMI port, i could easily file it down, but wouldn't want to do so unless i know if it'll work
