saw the video game xbox360 ntsc problem?

i have saw the video game on xbox360 but am unable to play it because of the region problem this is the only game i have ever come across that doesnt work on my console i have a pal xbox360 with iextreme 1.6 and as i said this is the only game that doesnt work for me,any help would be great!
