How can i know my xbox 360 region?

i don't have the box so i can't tell if iti s pal ntsc j or u, and don't tell me where i bought it from because i bought it from a country where we have all the versions

my question is how to tell te region of the xbox 360 without the box

If it is not modded it will only play discs from original region;
If it is modded, it will play all regions so it isn't a issue.

If modded it will only play games from your region and games labeled "region free", it won't play games meant strictly for other regions...
