How exactly does this work? Do I simply load games from the Wode? Do I still have to download games? Thanks!

yes you still need to get games. it simply plays .iso files from a USB device rather than you having to burn them to a DVD.

I preordered mine a couple of days ago here in the UK. I would think you would get better support from your own country, so long as you know of the supplier.
