Greetings! I've searched, but I need closure.

First off, I tried to register with my current e-mail address and it said it was already in use. So I sent a "forgot password" to my e-mail address and it allowed me to reset it. I have no idea what a Draconic lover is, and this is weird. I tried to register with the user name 'friiberd'. Oh well. I really have no clue what that's about. Unless I registered like 5 years ago under this name. Onto my question!

I've searched, but I don't really have a solid answer. I think I know this answer, but I need to be for sure. Is there a possible way to connect WODE to my pc's harddrive? Is it even compatible? That would do really well for me. It's an internal hdd of course. Will a USB-to-USB connection work on my PC's USB port?

Personally no I don't have any experience with the wode. I am a softmod man.
As a staff member I thought i'd tell you that is the reason maybe you are getting problems when trying to register.

I'm a softmod person, too. I used to own a Wii and softmodded just fine, knew everything. But, my new Black Wii doesn't do well with dvd playbacks so I decided to go the WODE route and it looks really slick. I'm just hoping I can use my PC's harddrive to its advantage, but I do have my eye on a nice, inexpensive 250gb external hdd on sale. Just hoping I could get a solid answer either way.

Yes there are ways to connect your WODE to your PC's hard drive.

WiFi

Simple as that.

Aye, the wi-fi dongle, correct? Is that actually reliable and fast? I'll probably need to be connected the whole time just to play the game. Hmm, probably not worth it.

Mate go have a read on the official wodejukebox support forum. There are heaps of people who have not had any problems with wifi. The guide on how to set it up is quite good too. There are other ways to do what you want, but the WiFi is the most elegant of them all. Personally I just like to have a external USB 2.5" hard drive and that is good enough.
