Never heard of sharing both partitions causeing a problem.
Cleanrip is a good HBC app that speeds things up.

I am ripping games with the Wode to a 320GB USB Hard Drive that has one partition formatted to Fat32 (100GB) and also a partition on the same drive that is formatted to NTFS (230GB). I have selected the option to rip to the FAT32 partition (and triple checked it) but games are taking hours to rip. I have used a jump drive (Fat32) to rip and games ripped in minutes. Could the problem be due to the Fat32 partition sharing the same drive with NTFS or something else. The Wode Firmware is the most current, up to date version.
Thanks for the advice WiiJohn, the only problem is I have Wii Menu 4.3u which I don't believe I can install HBC. If this is incorrect let me know as I would like it to install it if possible.
Any Wii can be modded. For 4.3u you will need a retail copy of SSBB. If you want to fully softmod use this guide http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...mod-guide.html.
Most Wode users only want to have HBC, so use this, WWW.WODEJUKEBOX.ORG • View topic - WodeFlow - Install Guide FW4.3
In some ways softmodding when you have a Wode does not make sense, but it does open up the wii for other things.
Have just tested this and no problems with a dual formatted hard drive. Many many times when we were beta testing the ripping firmware. Post this as a bug please on the WODEJUKEBOX support forum. Thanks

One further question, if using smash stack with the wode can I load Super Smash Bros from the Hard Drive when hacking the wii to allow the install of HBC or does it need to be on a disk.
It needs to be an original disc.
