The official Wiiflow page whatever that is has some but they aren't all that great from personal experience.

Is there a place to download themes for this?

That's where I got mine. When you run WodeFlow once, it will create a new directory (SD:/wodeflow) in the root of your SD card. (There is absolutely no need to install WiiFlow btw).

Take your SD card out and upload your themes to SD:/wodeflow/themes directory.
    Code:
    SD:/
      - wodeflow
        - themes
          + CARBONIC
          - CARBONIK.INI

I downloaded the archieve from this thread. There were about 30 odd themes contained therein.

The themes werent all that great. I picked one that makes things easier for them to see and understand. I was thinking they would be more like the themes they have on their ds. Spongebob, batman, transformers and stuff like that. I still recomend wodeflow for anyone with children it makes it so much easier for them to pick games and it will download the covers and gecko cheats and everything.
