    Wode update without SD card?

    I have'nt got a device to upload the 1.25 software onto, so is it possible to update the wode software via usb?

    no you can`t
    you must have a 2gb sd card and a card reader/writer

    Sorted it out. I used my Tom tom to load the software onto the SD card

    sd cards sh cards mirco sd 2 gig 4 gig they all work...it depends what f/w your wii is on(3.2,3.4/4.1 etc)

    You do realise the WODE has its own SD slot for updates and dosn't use the Wiis.

    @ favs woops i must have deleted part of my post (not sure how thats even possible) but i basically repeated what ben361 had said as well as depending on your wiis f/w-you/we are able to use diff. types of sd cards as the higher f/w's support
    a large range of cards (like stated above)but yes...it still would have to be inserted into the wode
    when its off then power on device and leave untouched till update runs by the way have and love my wode

    You can update your WODE with any size SD or SDHC cards.

    its independant of the wii firmware, doesnt matter what firm the wii has as you're utilzing the SD slot on the wode which supports everything
