Can someone ask the developers if Super Mario, MK and Metroid Prime Trilogy all work from USB on this without problems?

    I am definitely being swayed.

Theres already a video with Metroid Trilogy being played and they're working on Mario Bros.

Theres also been a 10 day delay.

The Artificer: We received an update from the plastics manufacturer today, there is a 10 day slip on the production plan. This means Wode will ship in the last week of November.

It's disappointing that we cannot ship in volume because of plastics, we can only apologize and ask you to bear with us.

That was the bad news, the good new is we will be shipping samples to major forums for review next weekend. We will also release additional pictures of the final hardware today/tomorrow with more to follow early next week. New videos showing final hardware doing its thing will follow.

Since we have a delay we may as well make the most of it, we will use the time to push on with WiFi and you can expect to see the results of that work next week.

Stay tuned for lots of news and reviews, things are really starting to happen here & we'll keep you fully updated

im almost completely sold on the usb gc iso feature. I find that incredibly convenient. But i think bricking shouldn't be a problem for anyone who diligently follows the guides. i dunno if it's worth 110.00.....i dont even know if the gc isos would go to the same wbfs format as wii games do. It may even include the need for another hard drive. I know i sound like a cheap bastard but money is tight these days. cant pump the wife for rum, sex AND gaming, ya know? If i could place my wii backups in the same drive as gc backups then i'll definetly get it. But i'll have to wait for the release and observe the initial wave, nomsayin?

The WODE supports multiple partition USB HDDs and I've got a guide on how to make one in the tutorials section.

For this peice of expensive hardware to be successful I would have thought you would be able to fit and forget, no need to see if certain games work or not.
This is not for me until they acheive these aims.

What I'm saying is, hardware at this price should be fit and forget. Is this possible, or is it like softmodding where you have to be careful to make all games work and all features.

Well since this mounts the iso, it just replicates loading thorugh the disc channel and no softmods required.

Would you say you could take any game example NSMB put it on your HDD and it work, with no intervention. If so its good kit.
