WODE .BCA creation TUTORIAL NSMB
Hello,
I just thought I would post here on how to create a .bca file for the WODE.
If you are lazy scroll to the bottom and I will post a download link to the .bca
file for New Super Mario Brothers.
Ok First off, this is for if you want to use a unpatched ISO file.
Step 1:
You will need to find the bca data, well as of now you have a few choices, you can either softmod your wii and use a program to extract it, which most of us here probably do not want to do because that is why we bought the wode in the first place, or you can search on the internet for the bca info for the game you need, or you can wait for the wode ripping update.
As of now there is only one game that uses the BCA protection and that is the New Super Mario Brothers, and the bca info for the New Super Mario Brothers is the same for ntsc and pal.
The BCA data for NSMB is:
0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000
0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000100000000 0000000000000000

Step 2:
Now you will need to download a hex editor to make your bca file. The editor that seemed to work for me is called Neo Hex editor, and you can download it here: Freeware Hex Editor Neo - Free Binary File Editing Software Utility Download this Tool
Once downloaded install the program. Once installed, open it and make a new file. It should look like this.

Then once you inserted the bca data it should look like this

When finished inserting the bca data into the hex editor, you now must save it. Go to Save As, and now save the file as "filename.bca" for example, your mario game iso was called mariogame.iso then you would name your bca file mariogame.bca
Step 3
Now that you have created your .bca file what do you do with it? All you have to do is place the file in the same folder as your game iso is located. Which should be your ISO folder for wode users.
If you followed all of this step by step, then you should now have created a working .bca file for the wode.
This should end a lot of questions and help if there are future games with BCA protection that you wish to use with the wode, Good Luck.

Here is a link to download the premade .bca file, just remember to rename it to the same name as your games iso file.
EX: your mario game iso was called mariogame.iso then you would name your bca file mariogame.bca
nsmbw.bca
