What is this wiikey 2 serious eject issue?
Bump~ help plz
I have no idea what you're asking about.
like what exactly is this eject issue people talk about in wiikey 2
I'm guessing they miswired something?
I can tell you that I've WiiClipped 2 machines using the WiiKey 2 and have had 0 ejecting issues.
Or when they are soldering more wires than their drive chip requires.
If you do everything right, there are no eject issue.
if the clip isnt put on right with any chip you can get that, if its wired in there are certain guidelines to practice, if its not done proper then this is what can happen. This is true for most of the chips. But basically the 'eject' issue is when you can't eject the game without powering off your system and powering it back on again.
g47,
I beg to differ.
I have installed about 10 WiiKey2 chips on the D2E with epoxy chipset that were indeed soldered correctly but had the eject issue. Once I moved the ground, the issue was solved.
for some reason my system will not take the disc at all with the clip installed. I have checked and double checked all the pins and connections. It will take the disc when there is no chip installed. I have the wii clip2 v14 with wiikey2 factory soldered. Any Ideas?
check your pins on your clip. They are prolly bent in a little or you do not have it seated properly.
