wii key problems!!

Hello everyone,<br>A friend of mine has a wii hard-modded using wii key(dont know witch version and neither does he, i guess its wiikey 2...he did it in 2008...) but i dont have any other information.His wii version is 3.2e. I dont know if he has done any soft modding as well (wad or Ios).He has been using since now neo gamma and i've seen the homebrew channel but dont know anything else....the question is this,how can i install usb loader gx so tha he can load games from a hard drive???Can i use letterbomb in order to soft-mod his wii or it will brick??I have seen many guides but i dont know if the can apply in this situation...pls help

Read the newbies guide in my signature, and you can use the anywii guide in my signature. You dont need letterbomb, as it is only for 4.3. You can use bannerbomb, which is actually easier. If you follow the guide carefully, the risk of bricking is largely mitigated, but there is always a chance.

I personally prefer Configurable USB loader (over GX).
