Disc Channel not working, tried to clean up wii.

I have a launch wii with an original wiikey installed. About the time of NSMB last year, I switched over to the softmod stuff, and have gone through cioscorp, darkcorp, various loaders, manually installed ios, etc. I've also updated to 4.2, re-softmodded, etc. I've realized since then my disc channel no longer works for backups. When you click on disc channel (with a backup inserted), it would go to a black screen and you would have to force power off the Wii. I've followed instructions to uninstall Darkcorp, delete my custom channels and wad games through anytitle deleter, then use NUS Auto Downloader's wizard to reinstall 4.1u system menu and ALL IOSes for 4.1u. I've done so, then used Anytitle deleter to remove the cIOSes as well. 202, 222, 223, 249, 250, etc. I've removed Priiloader, but left Bootmii as boot2. At this point, it would appear to me I have a (pretty much) virgin 4.1u wii. My wiikey is still not working, although it no longer goes to a black screen, it just says it can't recognize the disc.

I'm not sure what could possibly be making the wiikey/disc channel not load discs anymore. Any recommendations? Has the wiikey physically broken at some point or have I just messed up the software on the wii? It boots originals fine, but not backups, nor the config or update discs. I am trying old backups that I know work OK with the wiikey.

Wiikey Fusion Announced! Welcome to the official website of Wiikey! I had to update my wiikey 1 FW last week after pulling it out of a cupboard (lay there for about a year).

    Hope this helps

Since you're saying this involves a Wiikey, moved to the wiikey section of the site.

Thanks, but unfortunately mine isn't reading the config or update discs. I've reinstalled HBC through bootmii, and I NeoGamma works fine to load discs. The disc channel doesn't detect them though. I guess what I really need to figure out is how I can tell if my wiikey is broken or if some IOS or software I installed is preventing it from working.

You are gonna need to go to the recommended guides section, and find the thread "how to post a system check".
It is the only way to know if something is installed that conflicts, since you have installed and uninstaled so many things.

Thanks. I don't know why it says boot2 v4. I have a launch wii and bootmii is installed to boot2. But anyway, here is the log.

Its because you have cioscorp installed. It conflicts with the wiikey. you need to unistall cioscorp/darkcorp. maybe that will fix it
Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Is that in response to my log? Because I used the darkcorp v1.0 full installer to UNINSTALL cioscorp. I've also reinstalled the official IOSes used by 4.1, so there shouldn't be any darkcorp/cioscorp unless you are seeing something I missed in the log. In that case what is your recommendation on removing cioscorp?

    Thanks

Boot2 V4 takes out your boot2 BootMii. You need to reinstall it as boot2. Also, please realize the "uninstaller" for DarkCorp ain't the best. You should look here to see what I mean. Also, you can review the latest IOS revisions etc here. IDK why you'd have DC and a hardmod installed on the same Wii in the first place, that makes no sense.

See the thread "How to uninstall cIOScorp from your Wii Console" By Ithian. You still have some corp IOS on there and a bunch of useless korean IOS. The cIOScorp uninstaller is FAIL. Check out Ithians Guide.
    Damn I suck!!!!
