    wiikey2 1.3

Fyi: The Wiikey2 1.3 Beta update was spread to official resellers today, in beta testing now. 1.3 Final will probably be released on their website in a few days (when results are positive).

And yes: it works with NSMB

Yeah, saw that too, but my question is when can normal ppl
download it. So far it only seems to be out for resellers to put in
thier chip before sale and testppl?
All other links only leads to exe-files that are filled with virus

im testing it right now, the only chipset i havent tested on yet is D2E, I can't seem to find one. But works on D2A,DMS,D2B, D2C so far

Was very impressed by it. Will have my video of test up which shows NSMB working when i get a chance.

This will be released on WiiKey's website once testing is confirmed for all chipsets and no problems come up. They dont want to release without testing it properly as it could have adverse effects, just like any update for any chip.

How do you do the update once its officially out.Do you burn to disk and just pop the disc in and follow the prompts as per the video, or do you go to the disc channel and click on that, and then follow prompts?

Never done a firmware update on my wiikey before as i have never had a problem with it.

Hehe, im not some modder or anything, but i think i can answear that!

You unzip/unrar the file, burn the iso-file on a dvd and boot you wii
with it. Well, boot might be the wrong word. It will see it as a Gamecube
disk and then you start it as any normal "game". Then you will end up in
a menu, very look a like to en old good C64, where you can update.
You will be able to move around in the menu using you resetbutton.
short click to move, long click to choose.
But there are good instructions on screen how to move around so dont worry.
