WiiKey2 + 3.4E + Wii Fit Plus = Black Screen

Hello.

I'm having problems playing a backup of Wii Fit Plus, after trying to start the game I get a black screen and I have to restart the Wii.

I have a Wiikey 2 (and I'm pretty sure it has the latest update on it) and Wii software version 3.4E.

I've been reading around and i've seen something to do with updating IOS? Can anyone give me any advice?

install IOS 53 v5406

no, its too simple to need a tutorial.
Get a copy of it from interwebz or get NUS downloader.

Install with wadmangaer.

Profit.

It's not to simple to somebody who has never done it before

It may be simple to you who may have done it a number of times..

Just some guidence or some links to where I could download the stuff would be useful..

one day youll have top work things out for yourself, without mummy holding your hand.

[Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register] search for nus downlaoder. Read the help file, get ios 53 wad file, install it with wadmanager. If you cant even acomplish that, then you shouldnt be messing about with your wii. None of this is difficult, you installed wad files when you hacked your wii, and there are many othere threads asking the same thing.

Well I finally figured out how to do it, although a tutorial would have speeded it up

I have softmod on 4.2u. i try to load this game via usbloader gx, uloader and wiiflow. screen goes black, i get a sound like the one on the wrist strap warning before a game starts, then everything freezes. i have applied the wad you mentioned using wad manager but still get the same results. Any ideas?

Hello wwfc_barmy_army,
I have the same problem as yours. Mine does not even work with the original wiifit game. I'm even worse than you. I don't know anything on about this. Please share with me your knowledge how to fix this.
