Foundmy.com WiiKey purchase
I purchased a WiiKey2 from Foundmy.com several months ago.
I followed the instructions exactly, but after the installation the Wii would not accept dics (they would not get sucked into the drive).
I contacted Foundmy.com support, and (after a few e-mail correspondences) they agreed to replace it.
I mailed the chip in to get replaced, and received it back several weeks later with a return to sender note on it. The envelope had been opened and taped back together.
I e-mailed the support about what had happened, but they never responded.
I am posting this in case anyone is debating whether or not to order a WiiKey from Foundmy.com ... based on the customer service I received, I would not recommend it.
If this is not posted in the correct forum, please let me know.

Reason: wrote 'months' instead of 'weeks'
Did you check if it was a replacement chip.
Why would they open it and tape it back up if they were just returning to sender.
That 'Return to Sender' thing is done, so as too not pay any shipping. Which makes them look cheap if thats what they did.
I have known people to buy from there with good success.
You may be right... I didn't think it was a new one, because I also enclosed a check for a clip so I wouldn't have to solder... but the check was also returned.
Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't get my e-mails or something... that was the worst part of it, not getting any communication.
Well I could be wrong also, but just makes you wonder is all. I know what your saying, I hate when no one replies to the emails sent.
