can you let me know what happens please??? are you just using a wiikey and nothing else?? no usb or homebrew??
I got it to work! The backup I used was a 1:1 copy so I had to use the update to use it! Works great, my RB1 instruments all work with it! now I am using RawkSD to play these songs through RB2 even better because I don't have to keep switching disks to play the tunes i want!!!

so you actually done a system update through the disc???? have you heard anyhting about the wiikey2 update???

when you downloaded gh5 and put the disc in did it ask you to update? and i think i might of misread something with concerns to the wiikey update i was just wondering if you have ever had to do this by downloading an update off the wiikey site?
yes it asked me to update and I did!
i was at 3.2u and it updated it to 3.4u
