Help with Wiikey 2 config file

Hi, I have just installed a Wiikey 2 (yellow sticker) to my Wii using 6 wires solder (my chip is D2C). Most of the original and backup games work, except for my backup Wii Fit. Everytime I load the disc in, it will go black screen, saying a disc error, eject the disc and turn off and on the Wii again. But I tried this backup disc on my friend's console and it works fine. I have also tried to download the config file v1.2 from the Wiikey official site. After expanding the ISO file out it was about 1.35G I think. I burn it on a DVD R disc using x4 speed. But when I load the disc in, the console cannot read the disc. I re-burn this config file several times on a few disc but result still the same. Can anyone advice if there's anything wrong with my Wiikey2 or something I have missed out? Thanks.

I am using Imation x16 DVD-R and burning at 4x speed using ImgBurn. By the way, my V1.2 config disk works now after re-burn again. The only problem I have now is the Wii fit backup disc which still give me a black screen disc error. All my friends can play this same disc, but their version is 3.2U and 3.4U. I have upgraded mine to 4U via internet righht after I installed the Wiikey 2. So, could it be my version causing this problem?

I have an NTSC 3.2U with WiiKey 2 V14 (clip) and I also get the black screen (with the original Wii Fit PAL disk).
Other PAL (and NTSC) games work well.

Help will be appreciated
