Do you think that this could fix mine? It happens occasionally (once every 20-30 ejects).

Why would you want it fixed. It doesn't really sound broken if it only happens once every 20-30 times. Messing with things would probably make it worse. Some wii's get it almost every time and stubborn ones won't get much better than 1 in every 3. I would not be messing around with yours if it only happens that much.

Anything 1 in 4 or 5 times is acceptable in my mind. More than that is at least worth looking into but if it doesn't improve there is nothing you can really do about it.

That's sucks.. hum.. I been lucky so far with my WiiKey2's installs then..
I havent had one so far.. Try changing the ground and 3.3v wires..
Make them thicker.. see if that helps you..

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to reply in case anyone else finds it as I had through a Google search. I did a WiiKey 2 mod with the V14 Wii-Clip 2 on a D2C, I believe, a while back. With the clip installed the case did not go back together as tight as it should, it was a little lopsided and I had to keep 2 screws on one side loose. I've seen others have this issue too to where the inside is made a little differently where the Wii-Clip seems to tall when pressed all the way on.

But anyway, After putting it back together I had the same eject issue. After playing around to see why it was happening, I found if I pull the disc out (after it was ejected) perfectly straight, it worked everytime. But if I dragged the disc to the left or right while pulling it out then I had the issue and it would not let me insert another disc until I power cycled it. So I'm not sure if others can test this out, but for me I had to pull the disc straight out and not pull it out at an angle. Even a slight angle caused the issue.
