    wiikey and update issue

hi all , complete newbie here , i have a wiikey 1 installed and recently updated it to 1.9 f/w which solved a problem playing later games like call of duty 5 etc , but now i have another problem ....stupidly i updated my wii f/w to 3.4e now i get disk errors on most games cod 5, animal crossing , mario kart etc
i am not software modded or anything. is there any way i can revert it back to an older f/w? or is there anything i can do to get it too paly these newer backups?
    thanks:

Does this same trick work when you want to downgrade wii firmware 3.4E to lower?or is there 3.4 and 3.4E ?

    Hi,

I'm fairly new to all this and I'm sure someone will correct me but it's my understanding that in general people quote 3.4 but there are actually various 3.4 firmware derivatives by region such as:
    3.4E (Europe)
    3.4J (Japan)
    3.4U (US)

    Same firmware, different regions.
I would imagine that the downgrade procedure works the same for all the derivatives.

    Hope that helps.

    RAM.
