Playing Call of Duty games off SD card

New to this site so I'd like to start off by saying HELLO

Now that's out of the way, I have a few questions.

I have 2 Wii's in our household. A new black, and a white with a broken DVD drive.

What I'm looking to do is to purchase a Wiikey Fusion SD loader for the broken Wii to run the Call of Duty series of games off an SD card on WFC with my son. Not really interested in replacing the drive. Not interested in burning DVD's and all copies of the ISO will be from original game discs.

Also need to know if there are any CIOS that need to be softmod installed in order to run any of the COD games? And if so could someone post a link or which are needed for specific games?

I know there are issues with Black Ops, seen the other posts, so I won't bother asking about it

    Thanks peeps

Maybe I should rephrase my post.

What I'm looking for is the CHEAPEST way to play COD on my broken Wii. I figured on installing the Fusion, burning the game images to a SD card (which I already have), and running them off the card. I'm not looking to play any other game, just the COD series.

Thanks for the reply Brian, but going that route would involve purchasing a HDD, not cheap, and not needed for my situation. I figured the $50 or so for the SD loader is the cheapest route to go. And the only thing the Wii would be used for is COD.

COD is around a 4 gig size game. So you are going need a large SD card or USB stick. 8 gig works for me. I have two Wiis myself. The family Wii has all the bells and whistles. My oldest son's Wii has one forwarder for one game, COD3.

What solderless modchip are you using? The Wiikey Fusion? Or was this posted in the wrong section, like your introduction should have been posted here.
