Wii D3-2 4.3 with Wiikey Fusion starts up only half of the time(black screen)

Hey guys,
my Wii acts kinda wierd,
it normally works, i can play games and stuff, original games work too,
but when i play a game from the SD card and then turn the wii off, i can't turn it on afterwards. the green light goes on, but nothing more. black screen, wii remote does not connect, nothing. when playing originals from a disc, this does not happen.

it's not a big problem as i can unplug the power, plug it back in and turn it on without problems, but at times it gets kinda annoying.
Has anyone experienced this yet? Thanks for answers.

You didn't bother to update your wiikey fusion to the latest firmware, that is why you get the sudden wii haltings.
