EDIT: Sorry, hard to see paragraphs after I squished it up lol.
Fully understood. Cross region games are a problem... I think softmodding is more reliable in this dept, isn't it?

I've read some guides here that looked awesome.
I can have the Fusion AND softmod my Wii without problem, can't I? So, I could use the SD with Fusion and an USB Loader for problematic ISOs...

    Just brainstorming...
Could it be that SM 4.1 downgrade was only PARTIALLY done and despite seeing 4.1U on screen the region locking of 4.3 is still present?

No, it's your chip that's the problem! Remember it will only allow 50-80% of out of region games to be played!
Softmods and hardmods work well together, follow the mentioned recommended guide, and you will be able to play
    your out of region games.

But Wiikey staff say Fusion should play ALL import games... :-P
Ok, so the correct path would be hardmod+softmod. If I install a loader (let's suppose NeoGamma), should I be able to load the import game from the Fusion SD card? Fusion is nothing more than a DVD emulator sitting between the real drive and the console, so the loader should see the ISO as if it were in the drive.
Another question. Since my problems rely on PAL titles hanging in my NTSC console, what about doing the region change tutorial mentioned here in WiiHacks? Do that method convert the console absolutely to an European PAL one? Just using software?
Thanks in advance. This community rock.
