Hi I try to use my wii key fusion whit the last firmware on my wii whit the last firmware. But when I lunch a game on SD card or on a burn dvd i have getting this message :
An error has occurred
Press the EJECT Button, remove the Game Disk, and turn the power off.

Are your dip switches set up correctly on the chip for your region? I got the same error when i was using DVD+R disks, once I started using DVD-R I was able to play burned DVDs. I had no issue getting SD Card working. Also make sure you format your SD Card with WBFS and drop your ISO on it using the proper application.
your probably using a modified iso file which doesn't work on hard modded wii's. Get a clean iso file or a scrubbed iso not a wbfs or ciso file or one that states words liked fixed etc.
I had problems iwth NSMBs game until i got a fresh clean iso and it all worked fine, added to SD shrinks to 350mb works fine!
