Unhappy HARDMOD and SOFTMOD - something went wrong games won't load

    Hi.
My cousin has a wii and it has a chip ( I don't know wich one is it all I know is that the chip that is installed has an SD card reader).
My cousin also load the games via sd card. A few days ago, she saw my wii system wich was softmodded and has everything running via USB with an external HD and she wanted me to softmod her's wii in order to run the games via an external HD.
I saw that the installed OS was 4.3e. I got Indiana Jones original game, used the tutorial and installed Homebrew and bootmii.
Followed all the steps and tested the games via USB external disk... WOW everything working.
I Powered off the system and return the wii to my cousin.... She imediattely called my saying that the games won't load..
In fact she was right the games won't load.
I gave it another go with Indiana Jones... and at the 1º time the games load, when you boot another time, the games won't load... It's very odd so I need experienced help.
    Thanks.

the hard disck was wbfs-formatted ?
it may be non-compatible with the console.
try the Indiana Jones with usb flash drive ((memory stick) again.

You shouldnt need to redo the softmod in this case, I really doubt it will help. Having a modchip shouldnt have an effect on the softmod process; it affects the drives ability to play backups.

What exactly do you mean by games wont load? Does the loader (Configurable USB Loader/GX/whatever) load, then game blackscreens? Run and post a system check.

This shouldn't be posted in the hard mod archives, that's self-defeating - will move this thread.

Hi.Yes.. that's exactly what happens. All the games are listed, I choose the game via usbloader gx or configurable usb ... it takes a while until it says :- Loading......... and then the game "blackscreens" and after a while a message appears saying " An error has occurred. Press the eject button remove the game disc and turn the poweroff. Read the wii operations manual for more info"
    Thanks

    Yes. It is WBFS formatted.
It is compatible because the games load at the first time after softmod!
Whem I power off-power on the console, the game blackscreens, as BluPhant said.
    Thanks

Are the wii channels loading? Shop, news, weather, wiiware/vc, etc?

    Sorry, "syscheck"????
    How do I do that?
I found a possible workaround... the WBFS SD CARD which was used in the previous configuration (CHIPMOD) must be inserted.
The games in the WBFS USB HD run only if one SD Card is inserted in the chipmod.
The problem is not solved but at least is detected and workarounded!
    Thanks

    Yes, all loading!
