Does WiiKey Fusion update 1.5 always show as PAL and 0.00 size?

So if this has been asked. I searched and didn't see any mention of it. Keep in mind I haven't even installed my WiiKey Fusion yet. I'm waiting until I have a compatable DVD drive that will read from disc.

In the mean time I figured I would try to get aquainted with WBFS Manager and the WiiKey Fusion update process. I got registered on the WiiKey site and dl the manager. Went to dl the 1.5 update, selected USA, registered my WiiKey Serial number and dl it.

I read up on formating and getting programs on the SD card through WBFS Manager and got the update loaded....but it is showing as PAL even though I selected a US update. The file size is also listed as 0.00. Is all of this normal? When I do get the chip installed...the last thing I want to do is update the chip with the wrong update for my system.

    Thanks in advance

    Yes that is normal.

The only people who will have problems are those in Europe and get a new GC-less Wii, it is unlikely they will be able to use the Wiikey fusion since it uses a GC disc to load the loader.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to mess things up with a wrong update right after my install.

This is the first I had heard about Europe removing GC support. That is a real shame. I have honestly always used my Wii more for GameCube games that Wii games.
