Questions regarding SignCheck 0.3b and changing IOS'

    Hello.

I'll do my best to provide as much potentially useful information as possible...

I have a Wii 4.3U... Soft Modded with Letterbomb...

I haven't been able to play any of my backups yet... I've tried using discs (Verbatim DVD-R), although I had to write it at 3x, because ImgBurn said my drive wasn't capable of writing at 1x as suggested, never the less the Wii couldn't read it... I also tried using USB Loader GX, but the USB i was using is a 8GB MicroSD card, inside a SD-adapter, inside a SD-to-USB adapter (so I really wasn't surprised this rigged setup didn't work, but I don't currently have a spare HDD, nor a flash drive over 4GB to fit games on)...

I ran SignCheck 0.3b, and it showed everything listed as being "disabled" and prompted me to reset... So I hit the reset button, nothing happened... After I hit reset a few more times, I realized that every time I hit reset, it changed both the IOS# and the (rev #)... To clarify, I'm speaking of the numbers next to where it says "Analyze"... Anyway, when I first hit reset, I was around IOS #60 (I think...), every time I hit the button it would go down from IOS52, IOS50, IOS48, etc, until it finally stopped around IOS10, I must have hit the reset button at least 20 times before it let me proceed... No matter what IOS# was showing, it always said "disabled" in all categories, except one of the IOS' did show the Trucha as "enabled"... Then it prompted me to hit reset and said it would send a report to the root of my SD, but when I looked, I couldn't find said report...

Is this normal? Any suggestions on how to best proceed?

Thanks in advance for any advice that is offered... It sucks being such a noob.....

EDIT: Now I've plugged my SD card back into the Wii, but when I select the homebrew channel and hit start, none of my stuff pops up, just endless bubbles... I didn't change anything on the SD after removing it, so i don't know what's going on.....

    Thanks for the reply...

I checked my Wii SN through the Wiidrive database, and it comes out 100% as being GC2-D2E, which supposedly is capable of DVD-R playback...

Yes... As you might have noticed in my original post, I said that I had tried USB Loader GX and it didn't work, but the USB device I'm trying to use at the moment is kinda tricked up, so that might explain it...

However what I really wanted to know at this time, is about SignCheck, specifically about what I wrote in my original post.....

    Thank you...

Actually it did create a CSV file, but how do I open it and/or copy it so I can share the results with you all?
