About too mod my wii, questions , please advise

well im about too soft mod my wii using http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

I got my sd cards, original games and dvd-r disks , and of course my wii.

now i still have a few questions, like whats the chances of bricking my wii? is there anyway to uninstall the softmod after?

Im running on 4.3 , if any confirmed 4.3 users can claimthere success , it would help

also: I have had my wii softmodded before with homebrew and bootmii. But i never used neogamma, and im not really sure if its still on my HDD. Any tips incase it could brick or i **** something up?

follow the guide to a T and you will be fine. Start from the spoiler "softmods with homebrew installed". how new is the wii though?

also the app pack in the guide has compatible loaders so you can just delete the ones you have.

As with anything softmod related there is always a small chance of bricking. That being said, as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine. Thousands of users have modded successfully using that guide, so you really don't have anything to worry about as long as you can follow instructions :) If you do some searching on some of the recent pages in that thread you will see quite a few success reports.

There is no way to completely remove all traces of a softmod. We do have a guide on how to remove what you can, but it can be dangerous.

alright well, on my wii, it reads the sd and the folder says ????

and all the channels are deleted off my wii,

any more suggestions?

?? after starting from the guide? fif you do a full format to the sd before you started?

nono, not yet, i havent started. this is before.

Just follow the guide.. it will overwrite anything on your wii's nand

alright, thanks alot, will return with my results

also , left this out, does anyone know where I can download the applications in the guide? tryed modmii but no luck
