    Wii To HDMI Converter

    I've a 46" LED TV and would like to play the Wii on 720p/1080p resolution not SD quality, would Wii To HDMI converter make a difference and is it good?

    I wouldnt spend the money on it! I bought one and it doesnt change much!

    the wii will only output 420p at best. the composite cable is worth the money but i dont think hdmi would be worth the hassle.

    I'm using the composite cable on the Wii to my LED TV but the quality isn't that good

    I meant component cables I think. The red green blue ones.

    I use component cables like skellinator said and it makes a difference from compostite cables. It will still only be 480p, so I can't see that hdmi converter making it any better than component.

    But component is noticeably better than the cables that came with the Wii.

    Composite cables are the ones you are using and they aren't that good.

    Component cables are the red, blue, green ones (5 cables in all) which provide better quality.

    I use component and it looks excellent.

    Don't bother getting a HDMI cable, won't make much, if any, difference.

    I managed to pick up a cheap qui component cable from a store for $10 AUD.
