Is there a way to use an HDD without removing files already on it ?

I've modded my Wii already and I had to remove the games on the HDD ( there was about 40 ) and add files on my laptop onto the Drive. Now I want to readd the games back on there but I looking to see if there is an easier way to do it than removing all my files ( and its like 300 GB on there ) from there. Thanks for all the help and suggestions .

Just use either the FAT32 method or the NTFS method, depending on what your drive is currently formatted as.

I use a FAT32 hard drive for my games AND for general storage
