    Problem installing BOOTMII..

I have read the instuctions carefully from the MOD ANY WII guide, and because I have a 4.3 wii, am doing the letterbomb part. My wii is stuck on the scam screen with the hackmii site etc because im assuming my newer controller is not compatable with bootmii. I have older controllers that I turn on and take up the 2nd/3rd controller slot, but it wont let me press 1 to continue, as they are not in the first controller slot. So my question, is it safe to unplug my wii and boot it with a different controller? the power button isnt working.. =P

You can force-clear all currently synced remotes by holding the sync button on the console for 15 seconds. Then you can re-sync the controller you want to use bey pressing (don't hold) the sync button on the console and then pressing the sync button on the remote.

Didn't work, still boots to second slot..not sure if the sync thing applies to this wii..

EDIT: decided to unplug it, working fine now, thanks.

One more question though regarding bootmii, this is what the guide says: Install Bootmii as Boot2(boot2 may not be available, IOS installs automatically)

But it appears i already have BootMii installed as IOS as its giving me the option to uninstall it, is it fine installed as IOS and how would I go about installing it to boot2 if its not?

If the installer does not offer you boot2 then it means your wii is not boot2 compatible. Installing as an ios is your only option.
