Animated splash (loading) screen for forwarders?

First, I notice that when WiiFlow is loading, the image is animated. After selecting start from the banner, it's the WiiFlow logo with a line of dots underneath with the dots pulsing left and right. I have modified many channels using CustomizeMii and added images to the loading screen under the Complex Forwarder. Simply adding an animated GIF doesn't work, it only displays the first frame. Is it possible to have an animated image like WiiFlow?

Ok, thanks. Just to be clear, you are not referring to the icon or the banner of the forwarder, right? I know the animation in those requires the documents you mentioned. I am referring to image shown while an emulator (or any program) loads, not what's seen browsing channels using the System menu.
