    Removing Bootmii after successful softmod

I successfully softmodded my son's Wii (4.3e) with the letterbomb exploit.

Installed Bootmii as IOS (i had no other option..)
    i made a NAND backup.
    Installed Priiloader for brick protection.
Installed the IOS patch and latest cIOS.

I then installed USB loader GX directly on the USB external drive so i removed the SD card and everything is still working fine.

My question is: Can i uninstall Bootmii without loosing all above??

The reason is i wish to avoid my son messing around with the Bootmii launcher which is still present in the HBC home screen

    thanks for advice

Just remove the bootmii folder from the as card and bootmii will then be unaccessible

Sent from my GT-I9100 using WiiHacks

    Installed both Bootmii's??

Hello. Softmodded in August and do not recall installing bootmii or doing a nand backup at the time. Since then, decided to do a nand backup. First went to HBC and did not see bootmii app. Then went to priiloader and saw bootmii, so clicked it. Screen went black and blue light flashed on wii. I reset wii and everything was fine. Loaded hackmii installer from HBC and installed bootmii boot2 on SD card and created a verified nand and keys. Sometime during the process, I thought I saw that it would be a bad idea to restore the nand in the future if I had both bootmii ios and boot2 installed.

How can I tell if I also have bootmii ios installed (did not see it in HBC but saw it in priiloader) and should I uninstall it and how?

    Thanks!

If you have bootmii boot 2 then that is it u do not need to worry at all about bootmii ios. Power the wii on and if the disc drive light flashes twice quickly u have boot2 if only once the ios
