Monster Hunter Tri NTSC In PAL Region - Online?

Hi, i was thinking of getting this game, but what i know is that the only one that has japanese language is NTSC.
Can i still play it online here i Europe?

And is there a way to get Japanese Audio, but English text and still use Online?

of members tend to buy games from their own region.
