    Hi,

I can put games on via my pc fine and have no problems with any other game just the one's im trying to install via the console.
I am using "Wii Game Manager" this does the .wbfs conversion and then copy them directly onto the drive.
My drive is in a FAT32 format and the loader can see the drive, play the existing games ok but for some reason doesn't like to install them!!

I have two loaders on there at the moment just the standard USB Loader and Usbloader GX i prefer the way this looks and the GUI is a lot better than the other one.

Me and my mate really cant think what it can be as far as im aware there isnt any problems with the hard drive - i did a drive check before formating it for this purpose.

Im going to try re-installing the loader and see if that makes any diffrence if not i dont have a clue.
    Cheers

Cheers dude forgot were i put the sys check.

    Thank you.

Ok I see you are all looking good to me. I run a PAL system 4.1 Mauifrog with a few personal tweaks. Did you try an install with the other loader just to see if there is a game problem or a bug problem in GX ????? Options !!!!!!!
One more thought, What size is the game does it need to be split to create the wbfs file ? Sorry I don't have this game to try it with my setup.
Never Give up I love the challenge of an awkward game.

    Please post your final findings.

I havent not yet no, i had a few problems trying to load certain game and as mentioned at the start of the post me and my mate who posted the sys check went through the tutorial on here.

The games are now working fine but from what i remeber there i didn't have problems installing games to the hard drive before but im pretty sure that its isnt because we have changed some of the ios above ios202.

I'm going to try a new Usbloader gx and see if that makes any diffrence, the disc will install all the way up to 100% then to me it looks like it freezes, when i installed Mario Kart i ejected the disc and it instantly finalised the install but if you do this on GH3 or Wii Sports it stays on that screen and doesnt change maybe im being impaitent and not waiting for the screen to flip over but i waited a good three to five minutes before and still didnt do anything.

I use two loaders, CFG v70 & Gx 2.3 You can install games with either. Maybe try a different loader. might just find where your settings error is ???? They both have similar features but the GUI's sometimes tricky for kids to understand. I mod a lot for friends and family for ( none gamers if you like)

I have been having the same problem today. Install cios249, install usb loader, etc. Partition my harddrive to be FAT32, everything. But when I would put the game in and it popped up asking to install, it would then say 0.00gb disc, then not enough space.

In the settings panel under Harddrive, I had to set USB to 1 and then set the partition/fat size to 249gb for it to work. Just did that and it's working like a charm. Hope it solves someone's problem out there.

    same problem...

    Hi,
I'm quite new on wii hack stuff. I have tried to install/back up games to HDD through USBloader and it randomly freeze. I have tried a few different disk and it always freeze halfway. I have on successfully installed one disk today and I am still trying. Could someone help me? How do I run a system check and post it here so that you guys can troubleshoot and guide me.

    Thanks in advance for helping.

    Bchong
