    NeoGamma R9 b54 DVD Err 00000000

    Hi I am using NeoGamma R9 b54, d2x56v7final (249)

    I am trying to launch backup games and I kept getting this error
    DVD Err(00000000), Read TOC.

    Can any of you please guide me ? Willing to provide any info. Thanks.

    Is the wii old enough to play dvd back ups?

    I never had problems until I installed d2x56v7final ?
    Bought this wii back in 2008/2009.

    Sounds like your Wii's drive is to new to play backups from disc. USB loading is your only option.

    If u have done nothing else but installed d2x cios why don't u just revert back to what u had working before

    Ok I shall give u a bit of background of my wii.

    I wasn't the person who did the soft mod on the wii. I encountered a bit of problem to play a couple of latest released games that's why i attempt to update my wii with d2x cios based on this guide
    NeoGamma R9 beta . (I was using NeoGamma R9 b38 but now using b54 from SD Card).

    Basically I have done these steps
    2a. Run ModMii on your PC, create a wad for the latest d2x cIOS with base IOS56("4"->"249d2x56")
    2b. Run ModMii on your PC, create a wad for the latest d2x cIOS with base IOS57("4"->"250d2x57")
    3. Copy it to the "wad" folder on your sd card.
    4a. If you don't have IOS236, install it, if you have it, skip this step...
    4b. Run WAD Manager on your Wii, select to use IOS236 and install the wads.

    And it messed up. (i.e. not running any back up games at all).
