    Some of the games that can't run on NeoGamma are able to run on Disc Channel now.. is a bit of a hit and miss. Could be drive issue? Before this and before the update I kept getting Disc could not be read error for a couple of games as well.

    But before the update NeoGamma doesnt show this DVD Err 00000000...

    grab yourself a little 4 or 8gb usb stick and format it fat32 throw a few games on it and see if they work this will defo rule out it being a cios issue if it works.

    I would say that the discs were not burned correctly or on bad media. But since u said they worked before, I'm guessing your lens is either dirty or burned out.

    Lens is dirty or burned out. How do I fix that? Yea they definitely worked before.

    It could be the drive is on the way out, it has to work harder to play burned dvd-r's at least we know its not a cios issue, thought playing via the usb stick might of converted u to usb loading, u should look at cfg loader its best all round
