Wiimotes, or no support for them?

quick questions: i have snes9x gx emulator on my sd card w/roms and I want to play 2 player games, but when the wiimotes are both on prior to loading and homebrew starting up, only the first player controller is active and the second controller is unusable...I go to settings after I load a snes game and there are options and I get to the screen that shows the battery energy bars displays, but nothing responds to activate the second controller, so my question is: is 2 players using two wiimotes for snes games possible? and how? Please help or let me know if im chasing waterfalls here.

I dont run the snes emulator on my Wii but have you tried resyncing the controllers in the emulator? or looked in the options?? On my snes emulator for my psp I have to turn on 2 player in the options menu.

Did I come off like a jerk?? Read more here

As a rule if nobody had replied to your post the first time it's either that ppl think the answer can be found in the forum, meaning you will have to utilise the proper use of the search feature, and that you are being lazy by not searching before posting,

    Or,

That they are doing a bit of research to find you an answer.

You are likely to get no answers at all if you keep "bumping" your OP to the top of the list.

Another thing to consider is have you posted in the correct section? You wouldn't ask a question about Cheese in a Strawberry section.

    Same rules apply here.

One thing that is frowned upon is multiple posts of the same content in different sections. This will give you a name as a spammer or a post whore, and you will likely result in either a Ban, or a time out.

i do apologize, but i performed several searches for the answer to my question, that should be obvious. and i have posted several times about the site, but could you consider that this may be an easy one to answer because im sure folks have more than one kid wanting to play their wii and it does support up to 4 players so why is it so difficult to play 2 players on a game and get a quick answer to this? i just found out on my own research that my cod mw3 was only a 1 player game but it says on the box multiplayer! putting it another way, i thought this was a quick question (see first post). i also thought that after 24 hours, somebody would reply with an answer after reading my post...my post isn't a long luxuriant fail unless i dont get an answer. no disrespect

i can select controller options from the snes emulator menu and it shows battery energy bars like normal wii games does, but it wont let me sync another wiimote, i have 4 and all it does is make the wiimote lights flash nonstop untill i power down the wii, so i don't know what else i can do but end my quest...do you have any other suggestions? someone, please post the answer! im even considering donating to the site after i get this working cuz my girls will be so happy!

ok, no double posting!^ but i didnt try the red sync button in the emulator, ill try that.

right, but i have four controllers, somewhat like i thought the ps3 would be better than the wii overall, and the only true multiplayer game i found that is 007 but it sucks because it's nothing like the old n64 version, which was golden back in the dayz

Please use your edit button and dont double post.

When I say resync I mean by using the red sync buttons on the wii and the wiimote.

No disrespect taken qdoo, was just passing on what i have learnt from various forums over the years.

Remember that an emulator is merely a copy of a console etc, and that it is installed on your Wii, which it wasnt specificly designed for, we all the know the Wii is multiplayer, but take into consideraton the fact the maker of the emulator / rom might not have made this feature possible.

For example, on the Sega Megadrive, on Sonic 1, there was a cheat to give (think I remember correctly) an extra life, it was Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, C, Start, this was done at the start up screen. Ive tried this on my emulator on my Wii, and it doesnt work.
