SoftModded 4.3u wii needing to viginize for repairs

I softmodded my wii when it was on version 4.2U using the 4.2 guide from this site. worked fine with no issues. I then accidentally updated to version 4.3U. I am now having issues with the WII reading disks and might need to return it to Nintendo for repair. Is there a way to remove the softmod completely so Nintendo does not decline my needed repairs?

I have found a guide to completely viginize a 4.2 WII but have not found anything for one that is now on 4.3U. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you having problems reading backup or original disc's?
If it's backups, it's because the update killed your softmod.
All you need to do is re-softmod by following the
"softmod any wii" guide. Then your wii will be right up to date,
and you'll have the option of downgrading to SM 4.1.

Sorry. My issue is reading actual game discs. My usbloader still seems to work.
Basically what is happening is after about an hour of playing a game via the cd the game just freezes and this loud buzzing noise comes out of the TV and controllers. I am not sure if it is the Wii getting too hot or the laser is going out. After the freeze you have to power off Wii and power back on. Then the game seems to only last for about 15 minutes and it freezes again. Any ideas what this could be?
