Wii Sofware Version went from 4.3 to 4.1?

I need some help guys. I have just used the Softmod Any Wii Guide for my 4.3U Wii. I must have done something wrong but I don't see where? I used the Lego Batman hack to install Homebrew and I thought everything went well until I started to use the Wii after the mod. I somehow have gone DOWN to version 4.1U and no my Zelda Skyward Sword doesn't work! I am using Congfig USB Loader which has always had no problem loading my this game but now while loading it just dumps to the Wii menu. No that I recall there WAS a section of the Softmod Any Wii Guide that mentioned I believe there was a section towards the end of the Guide under "Wad Installs" that read...Select the folder "System Menu 4.1" -press A. Could this be why I now have 4.1U? I thought that it was kinda weird but I was trying to follow directions. Any ideas on how to update my system menu back to 4.3U and confirming that I have the most current/compatible IOSs so that I can get back to my Zelda game?
    Thanx in advance!

You should have the most up to date ios's if you followed to softmod any wii guide, to further troubleshoot your problem could you post a syscheck? Have you tried a reripping Zelda?

The system menu has NOTHING to do with the ability to play games, its all IOS's

I hope I did that correctly. I don't want to get banned, I don't know if I properly understood the directions about listing as a "spoiler"

I see nothing wrong there, could you elaborate on your problem if possible?

Also, try to rerip the game, corruption may have happened at some point due to unknown causes, that is the one thing I can think of that would cause this problem, with that syscheck

I am concerned about the Wii Software version dropping down. Is there a way to get back to 4.3U without bricking my Wii. As far as the game is concerned, I will rerip it tomorrow and see if that works. I am using Cong USB Loader and when I press "A" to load the game, it goes black and then back to the Wii menu. This is a replacement Wii as my old one had a bad optical drive however I am using the same USB HDD. I haven't played many of my recently released games since I replaced the Wii. One last note. I had someone else mod my original Wii (I no longer live in that state), so I don't know how it was done but I tried using the Wii Hacks. I just want to finish Zelda. Any insight would be appreciated.

You can upgrade to 4.3u, however MANY of us recommend against that, as anything over 4.1 was made just to kill homebrew use. Just so i don't feel bad, if you update and its not the reason as you would have to do more than just update your system menu, could you try the rerip first? Then if it still does not work and you REALLY want to update your wii, once again upgrading the sm will not help the problem, we can continue down that path.
