    Yeahhh.... I got it working!

I'll try to explain in english....

When I started USB downloader CFG and then turned on my harddisk it showed the "empty" dvd boxes on my screen. (? no image)
Then I pressed the "B" botton (on the underside of the Wii-controller)
Then I pressed the "1" button (options)
Then I pressed the "1" button agian (more options)
And then I went down with the "arow" button (left, right, up, down button) to the line that says somethink like "download all missing covers"
Then it automaticly start downloading all covers.
Just wait untill it is finish and you are done ("B" button to go back)

I hope it's clear like this!
I do have the Wii conected to internet and a SD-card in the Wii (don't know if a SD-card is needed to do this)

    Thanks everyone for your help!

CFG Loader downloads covers to SD:/usb-loader/covers/ XXXX
    XXXX = 2d, 3d, full, disc
YES you need your SD card for covers but also CFG loader itself and maybe other apps in your apps folder.

You can change cover path to HD. I did this with following settings.

Create partition which has to be the first on the drive.
I made it 3 gig like an SD card (not bigger then 4 gig although this might be possible, just did not need more space.)
    Format it FAT 32.

In config.txt put covers_path = usb:/usb-loader/covers (can be done using cfg configurator or manually by editing config.txt)
This should work. (for me it does)

At first I tried to put my covers on a NTFS drive which was the 4th partition and did not work.

    Goodluck
