#002 Error when trying to start Dj Hero

When starting a Wii game, I get this message on a blue screen:

    "Error #002
An error has occurred. Press the Eject Button, remove the Game Disc, and turn off the power to the console. Please read the Wii Operations Manual for further instructions."

Turning the console on and off doesn't help. What's going on and how do I get my game to play?

    002:
DVD Read Error / Anti-piracy security: Most likely old or missing cIOS.Q. How can I fix this?
Install a newer IOS 249(cIOS249 [56] d2x-v6).Update your Loader all new revisions of loaders have ability to enable 002 Fix.
You didnt give much info. Retail disc, burned disc, loader, disc channel????

Oh sorry! It's a retail game, I also had problems with mario kart having a black screen after clicking on start in the disk channel and as nobody could help me, I went to priiloader & changed a couple of things like, force to load on IOS249 & make that the wii doesn't do a cd-check,mario kart worked again, before the time I applied these changes DJ Hero was working finely, but even with disabling this options it doesn't work :s
