Covers - 3D, front, full, HALP!

Ok after reading a bunch of threads about covers I divined that WikiBackupManager was saving the covers, but not logically saving them in the same place I was having it save the scrubbed ISO's! Duh.

So I went to the WikiBackupManager /covers DIR and copied them into the USBLoader /covers DIR - but still no covers when booting the WII!

So what's the problem now? Should I only choose one of those folders (i.e. 3D, front, full), or should I take them out of those folders and put them in the covers DIR with no subfolders? I never saw any advice that was that specific. Any help?

Yes I know but my WiFi signal is so weak where my Wii is located that I can't get a consistent signal to DL the covers that way. And once when I was connected I got a bunch of "domain not found" errors anyway.

I don't mind doing it manually but it would be nice if there were clearer instructions.

I am doing OK with WiiBackupManager - converting ISO's to WBFS files, and downloading covers too. It's just that I thought that the Manager would have put the covers where I told it to put the WBFS files - seems reasonable, no?

So now that I understand that the covers are archived in the Program file folder, I am capable of moving them onto the USB HDD, but the question remains, what is the file structure for the covers folder?

My goal is really to get off the SD card and get everything onto the USB HDD. I reformatted to Fat32 and am trying to run USBLoader purely from the HDD. I did have success with viewing the covers on the SD card, but not on the HDD.

its hard for me to break it down for you.. the easiest way is to rip a game from original dis in a loader and download the cover for it and then take the hdd to the computer and see how its laid out.

Well I figured it out. The problem was, the WiiManager puts the covers in a /backup AND a /CFG folder, which I then put both of in the /covers folder of USBLoader. But USBLoader wants neither of those folders.

What it needs is just the subfolders named /2D /3D /front /full. Trial and error wins the day again - but a major PITA connecting the USB HDD a half a dozen times to two systems at far ends of the house...

    Thanks for your assistance.
