Need help with my Japanese Wii

I have been given a free Japanese Wii and it was previously modified. I am VERY noob and have no idea what or how this Wii was modified. I have the following:

    1. NeoGamma - it can be accessed from a NeoGamma Channel when I turn on my Wii.
    2. It says R7 ISO249 (rev14) in NeoGamma.
    3. I was not give any SD card so the NeoGamma is directly installed in my Wii
    4. I do NOT have the Home Brew Channel.

The unit is in Japanese, and I don't understand a word of it! I downloaded/burned on a DVD, Wario Ware Smooth Moves, and it did not work. Neither did Zelda Skyward Sword.

Can anyone tell me what was done to my Wii? Seems like most of you have an SD where the modification files are stored and the HBC. How come mine does not have either?

How can I get those two games to work?

    Thank you so much!
