Most loaders have parental control settings. Just take a look through the game options in your loader to set them.

If it asks you to format when you try to access the drive, sounds like you have it formatted to WBFS? WBFS is very outdated. What I would do is move everything off that drive and completely format it again, I recommend to NTFS if you can, if not, then FAT32 is fine, too. Just anything but WBFS.

I use WBFS manager to format drive and add Wii games on it. Does Wii consol loader recognize NTFS or FAT32 hard drive? Can I use 2tb in NTFS format ?

I believe WBFS cant use an NTFS partition, (I could be way wrong here though as im a noob at this).

Im useing Wii Backup manager and this can use NTFS and you can select what you want to transfer from your computer to the external drive. Whats also useful as this will install from RAR'ed files on your main pc to save space there too...

What is wii console loader? Oh yeah, duh nevermind that. I really recommend either USB Loader GX or CFG Loader. I personally like GX.

And as for your 2tb hdd, check the recommended guides forum for the usb compatibility list.

the three formats that it will read are FAT32.NTFS.WBFS.. Not all loaders are compatible with all those formats though..
