Can someone clarify these... Im new to this :)

Ok basically what are the best setting for burning a DVD game. E.g speed programme (I heard imgburn) I googled the best img burn speed and it varied from 1x-8x. (what ever they mean)

Also am I suppose to be burning the iso file or wbfs .. Something like that. What's the difference between the two and I want these on a DVD to run.

Also I burnt super Mario galaxy to a disk put it in my wii and ran it from something I installed from a tut forgotten the name, it loads the health screen but with the Mario font game thingy it says cannot read disk - something along the lines. In the ordinary disk channel it shows up as if a normal disk but gives me a blue screen with error code #002.
    Any ideas

Lastly what's an iOS I've seen stuff on the Internet about v249 or something and v50 stuffy like that and wondering what they meant as they seen to have some significance to the way games plY. How do I identify what my wii has?
All I know is that my wii is soft nodded- I've loaded one burnt disc successfully, and is on 4.3E.

Also when I try and run my games from an as card, Mario kart with USB loader (something like that) it shows the disc image etc but wont go last the health screen, it's not frozen because the images move?? Ideas?

Last but not least is it possible to copy games from my sd card/ USB and paste it so it saves on my wii?
Cheers if you attempt to answer any of my questions, there's probably quite a few spelling mistakes, it's the iPhone auto correct thinking it's knows what I'm trying to spell.

I'd recommend re-hacking with maiu's hack any wii guide. You rip your originals onto a thumb drive, convert them to iso's, burn them onto the disc with IMgburn. If you re-hack your wii you should be able to play all games ever made regardless of region.

Do you think my wii will then play some of the already ripped discs? and which speed to burn them at?

Burn them at the slowest rate that you can, I have found that the faster rates doesnt copy all the data. I have never had a problem with burning mine with Imgburn at 1X
