    Purchasing New Wii

I did do a search and i'm possibly typing in wrong keywords or im blind but i assume this has been posted before somewhere, so if so please direct me to the right spot and sorry in advance, anyway Im buying a new wii and was wondering if theres a way to tell if the wii i buy is going to be moddable or not and what all do i need to get started?, from what i've read so far im assuming a pc with internet and a usb HDD is all i need.

You need to use a gamecube controller or the buttons on the front of the wii. It explains it in the guide.

Ask qfurther q's in the guide. Im signing out.. but use the buttons on the wii to navigate that screen.. ie
Press Power, Power, Power, Reset, Reset (or use gc-controller)
Power = Right, Eject = Left, Reset = Select
