    if larger than 4gb you have to split the file.. if its an ISO WBFS manager will do it for you.. BUT! if you use the original disk the loader like CFG will rip it to your hdd and split it for you.

    OK, ive formatted the hdd drive etc but am still getting the black screen when i click onto the game. Any ideas?

    I can play dvds which i couldnt do before but when trying to play games it just goes black then back to the wii home page.

    It says partition FAt1 not found, select different partition or format a WBFS partition......??

    how are you loading games disc or usb?

    if usb how are you loading them uinto your hdd?

    Usb. I did the partition as you said by downloading EASEUS and following the guide. I then put the game to the hdd through WBFS manager.

    ON MBFS manager i clicked 'browse' to add the game then clicked 'add to drive' then 'load'

    What loader? and no partitions... just a FULL FAT32 formatted drive set as active and primary.

    so should the parition bit say 0? as it had the full capasity for my hdd there.

    You should just have 1 FAT32 partition that is set to primary and active.. not multiple partition(s)
