Netflix asking for update. Is it safe to install?

Used the Netflix install guide here from the Shop Channel about a year ago on my 4.1 WIii. Netflix just started asking to update 3 days ago (The new kids section or some crap). Im scared one of my kids are going to hit Yes for the update. Is it safe to let netflix update?

Would like a little more confirmation if anyone has Netflix and has installed the most recent update.

Bump. Need some input on this new Netflix update. Its very intrusive. Every time i start Netflix its asking for an update.

    Confirmed.

I have actually been looking forward to this update because it adds the just for kids sections. It seems like it loads a little slower that it used to, but my Wii is not bricked.

It is safe to install the Netflix update (will not affect your softmodded system), but I find the updated version sluggish and weird. I'm actually considering finding a way to roll back to the previous version (but getting the constant update notification is annoying).

I checked and it is a very common issue among all Wii users. I imagine they will fix it. I plan on calling support to complain.

I am unable to update it. Everytime I try to download from wii shop channel It fails and I get the error code 204036. I have updated the wii shop channel long time ago to v20, so i know it is'nt the problem. Anyone have any idea's?

Just that everyone says the new version sucks. Maybe you can decline the update until that gets fixed lol.

FYI Netflix is down at the moment. Everyone is getting login errors. Go figure I have been doing a bunch of testing the last hour and a half, so I thought the problem was on my end...lol. Murphy's law.

EDIT: Back up as of 12:00AM EST 11/28.
